Footwear Policy: Socks are required for all guests at Space To Play LLC. No shoes are allowed on the play floor to maintain cleanliness and safety. Grippy Socks are preferred for all children, however if your child has trouble keeping socks on for sensory reasons, we understand :) 

Responsibility and Conduct: Parents/Guardians are responsible for their own safety and conduct, as well as the supervision, safety, and conduct of their child(ren), while on the Space To Play LLC premises.

Zero Tolerance Policy: Space To Play LLC maintains a zero-tolerance policy for bullying, rough play, and fighting. Any individual found to threaten the safety of others will be removed from the premises at their own expense, along with their respective parents/guardians, siblings, and party members, without refund.

Supervision Requirement: Parent/Guardian supervision is mandatory for every child in the play space at all times. A Parent/Guardian must remain on the premises while their child(ren) are at Space To Play LLC.

Waiver: All individuals, including parents, guardians, or other individuals over eighteen (18) years of age, must sign a waiver before entering the play space and participating in activities at Space To Play LLC.

Operating Hours: Space To Play LLC reserves the right to open and close the premises or any portion of the play space at its sole discretion. Posted hours are subject to change without prior notice for construction, maintenance, special events, holidays, or other purposes. In case of closure of any portion of the play space, there will be no refund provided.

Food and Drink Policy: Outside food and drinks are permitted at Space To Play LLC. However, for the safety and cleanliness of our play space, children are not allowed to walk around with food and drinks. All food and drinks must be kept on the tables provided. Thank you for your cooperation in maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for all our guests.

Hand Sanitizer: Guests are encouraged to use hand sanitizer provided throughout the facility to maintain cleanliness and promote good hygiene.
